SIL provider marketing
Make supported independent living easier to understand
Explain daily support, staffing and routines without confusing SIL with the dwelling itself. Marketing should help families and referrers understand fit before they enquire.
Enquire about your serviceWhat your marketing needs to make clear
- Separate the support offer from housing and everyday living costs.
- Describe actual staffing, overnight arrangements and support scope.
- Publish genuine availability and an enquiry path for service-fit discussions.
A scope built around your actual services
We confirm capacity, service coverage and priorities before preparing your proposal. The following are possible scope items, not automatic inclusions in every plan.
- A SIL support model page with clear intake questions
- Location-focused Google Ads with job-search exclusions
- Consented everyday-service content and capability materials

We market provider services; we do not deliver these supports or determine NDIS funding or eligibility.
Questions about sil provider marketing
- How should SIL vacancies be advertised?
- Describe the location, support arrangements and fit criteria accurately. Keep availability current, obtain appropriate consent for imagery and avoid promising that a person will receive funding.
- Should SIL and SDA share one landing page?
- They can link to each other, but explain them separately: SIL concerns daily support and SDA concerns specialist accommodation. Each enquiry journey should reflect your actual offer.
