Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for working with NDIS Advertising. No fine print tricks — if anything here is unclear, email support@ndisadvertising.com.
Our services
NDIS Advertising provides marketing services to NDIS providers, including advertising management, SEO, social media content, website projects and branding. The specific inclusions for your engagement are set out in your plan or quote inside your client hub.
Plans & activation
Plans created in the plan builder or added to your account begin as pending and are activated only after a strategy call and written confirmation. You are never charged for a plan you haven't approved.
Billing & payment
Recurring services are invoiced monthly in advance. One-off projects are invoiced as set out in your quote. Invoices are emailed as PDF and available in your client hub. Payment reminders are sent automatically for overdue invoices.
Cancellation
Recurring plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time from your client hub or by emailing support@ndisadvertising.com; service continues until the end of the current billing period. One-off projects are billed for work completed to date.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about your business, and for ensuring your services meet your own NDIS registration and compliance obligations. We review marketing materials against NDIS advertising guidance, but final compliance responsibility rests with the provider.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, deliverables created for you (websites, creative, copy) are yours. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
