In-home support marketing
Be specific about the help available at home
Help families understand the task scope, service coverage and enquiry process. Clearly distinguish routine in-home support from SIL or other specialised support models.
Enquire about your serviceWhat your marketing needs to make clear
- List actual tasks, hours and geographic coverage.
- Explain how preferences, privacy and access needs are discussed.
- Distinguish the offer from 24-hour or SIL support unless provided.
A scope built around your actual services
We confirm capacity, service coverage and priorities before preparing your proposal. The following are possible scope items, not automatic inclusions in every plan.
- Home-support service pages and area information
- Google Ads aligned with tasks and genuine coverage
- Plain-language capability material and team content

We market provider services; we do not deliver these supports or determine NDIS funding or eligibility.
Questions about in-home support marketing
- How should we describe in-home support?
- Use concrete examples within your actual scope, explain when and where support is available, and describe the first conversation. Avoid claims about services you cannot staff.
- Should this be advertised as SIL?
- Not unless it genuinely is that service. Explain the differences between ordinary in-home assistance and a supported independent living model.
