Community participation marketing
Show the real activities and support behind the photos
Make your programs tangible: interests, settings, group arrangements and access information. Respect participant choice and consent rather than presenting everyone as wanting the same experience.
Enquire about your serviceWhat your marketing needs to make clear
- Describe real activities and individual or group arrangements.
- Clarify transport and other inclusions rather than assuming them.
- Use consented imagery that respects participant preferences.
A scope built around your actual services
We confirm capacity, service coverage and priorities before preparing your proposal. The following are possible scope items, not automatic inclusions in every plan.
- Program pages with activity and access information
- Community-focused social content and Meta creative
- Clear flyers and enquiry pathways for current programs

We market provider services; we do not deliver these supports or determine NDIS funding or eligibility.
Questions about community participation marketing
- What should a community program page include?
- Describe activities, locations, support arrangements and how interests are considered. Explain transport, group arrangements and any exclusions according to the real service.
- Can we use participant outing photos?
- Only through an appropriate informed-consent and privacy process. Consider what the image reveals about the person and offer alternative content where consent is absent.
