Psychosocial support marketing
Use respectful language and clear service boundaries
Explain whether your offer is support work, recovery coaching, coordination or a clinical service. People should be able to understand your role without a diagnosis-based sales message or promises of recovery.
Enquire about your serviceWhat your marketing needs to make clear
- State the actual service type and practitioner scope.
- Respect different preferences and lived experiences.
- Avoid clinical claims outside the service and guaranteed outcomes.
A scope built around your actual services
We confirm capacity, service coverage and priorities before preparing your proposal. The following are possible scope items, not automatic inclusions in every plan.
- Scope-specific website pages with accessible contact alternatives
- Respectful team and service information for social channels
- Capability summaries for existing referral relationships

We market provider services; we do not deliver these supports or determine NDIS funding or eligibility.
Questions about psychosocial support marketing
- What should a psychosocial support page make clear?
- Identify the service offered, your role, service areas and enquiry process. Do not treat support work, clinical therapy and recovery coaching as interchangeable.
- Can paid ads assume the viewer has a disability?
- Avoid personal-attribute assumptions and diagnosis-based copy. Review the current platform policies and use respectful service information rather than implying knowledge of a viewer’s health.
