We collect information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number, business details and website when you book a call, request an audit, build a plan or message us. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, approximate location from your IP address) to improve the site and measure our marketing.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare your free audit, deliver services you've purchased, send invoices and payment reminders, and share relevant NDIS marketing insights where you've opted in. We do not sell your personal information.
Client hub & files
Files and requirements you upload to your client hub are visible only to you and our team working on your account. Access is controlled by authenticated sign-in and row-level security on our database.
Email marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter or start a form without finishing, we may send follow-up emails about that enquiry. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option and you can opt out at any time by emailing support@ndisadvertising.com.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to operate — website hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@ndisadvertising.com. We respond to all privacy requests within a reasonable timeframe.
